As a huge fan of "Community", I was super excited that Alison and her group were performing close to my neighborhood. I live just one block away from Paramount Studios, where "Community" was filmed. I was even more thrilled that when Alison and the girls arrived, they posed for a few photos for me!

Alison has grown so much professionally since then, and her show "Glow" was great! Wish it got a second season.

It's crazy to me that some of today's biggest stars were just kids doing setup paparazzi shots like these, where the celebrity agrees to get photographed at a particular store, in exchange for free clothing, when I was getting established in the celebrity photo game.

Being a paparazzo was exciting, and red carpet photography was fun, but there is something extra special about capturing an artist performing their art. It always felt like an extra special privilege whenever I got to do it.

Celebrating Icon Dita Von Teese!

Undoubtedly one of the icons of our time is the one and only Dita Von Teese. I have no special reason to post these shots today, as I missed Dita's birthday back in September. However, I was lucky enough to cover a few of Dita's events, and TWICE had the honor and priviledge of being selected to be House Photog at two of them, including one of her live performances!

I was House Photog at this event, and I asked Dita to pose for me in the mirror, which resulted in one of the greatest shots of my career!
